How to clean a handmade mattress?
Handmade mattresses contain a lot of natural materials and cannot be washed with water. Please contact a professional cleaning company or dry cleaner to clean your mattress.
What materials are used in handmade mattresses?
The materials are mainly natural materials, such as horsehair, wool, cotton, camel hair, and silk.
Do handmade mattresses really achieve 0 formaldehyde and 0 glue?
To achieve rapid production, ordinary mattresses use spray-applied adhesive to connect and seal the various soft material layers. Handmade mattresses, on the other hand, use twine-fasteners to connect the layers, with sides hand-stitched, and are made entirely with 0 glue, 0 foam, 0 fluorescent agents, and 0 formaldehyde.
How long does it take to customize a handmade mattress?
From order placement to shipment, it usually takes about a month. The fastest expedited service takes about two weeks.Because handmade mattresses cannot be compressed, they can only be transported by ship, which takes about a month.
Can a mattress be customized to offer two different sleeping experiences, with different firmness on the left and right sides?
Yes, our solution is to make a two-piece structure, disassembling it into two small mattresses connected by a zipper, but this will increase the price by 30%.
Are the length, width, and thickness of a mattress fixed? Can I request a custom-made one?
Yes, we accept custom size orders. Please contact our personal sleep consultant separately for a quote.
What if the mattress is too big to fit in my elevator?
We can make it by separating it into two mattresses and connecting them with a zipper, so that it can be taken into the elevator.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours. If it's after 48 hours, we will deduct the incurred labor and material costs and partially refund you.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. However, some courier companies may not be able to deliver to certain areas, so please contact our sleep consultant in advance to confirm.
When will my order be shipped?
Once the mattress is finished, we will ship it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All our handmade mattresses are custom-made products; we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues.
