Our mattress toppers are made with premium horsehair supplied by **Enkev in the Netherlands**, the same trusted supplier used by some of the world’s finest luxury mattress brands. Horsehair provides excellent **moisture absorption and moisture-wicking properties**, helping create a dry, breathable and comfortable sleeping environment. All of our horsehair is sourced from Europe and specially processed to remove proteins and sugars, helping prevent deterioration, unpleasant odors and degradation over time.

**2. Hand-Stitched Construction – No Glue, No Formaldehyde**
Unlike conventional industrial mattresses, which often use adhesives to bond and stabilize different layers, our mattresses are **entirely hand-stitched and mechanically secured**. We use **no glue or adhesive**, helping create a cleaner and more natural sleeping environment without added formaldehyde from adhesives.

**3. 2,516 Mini Springs + Traditional Hand Tufting**
Each mattress topper contains **2,516 individually arranged mini springs** and is finished using a traditional **hand-tufting technique**. This construction helps keep the horsehair evenly distributed and prevents the natural fibers from shifting or becoming uneven over time.

**4. Japanese Odor-Control & Antibacterial Fibers**
In addition to European horsehair, we incorporate premium **Japanese odor-control and antibacterial fibers**. These materials help manage moisture and reduce the conditions that can contribute to bacterial growth caused by perspiration and other bodily moisture.

**5. Natural Wool & Cotton Fiber Layer**
We also add a specially blended **wool and cotton fiber layer**. This soft natural layer helps prevent individual horsehair fibers from working their way through the comfort layers while providing additional softness and comfort.

Every topper is handcrafted in a **clean, air-conditioned workshop**.
